My cashback withdrawal has failed

If your withdrawal request hasn't been successful, you'll see the amount requested bounce back into your Quidco balance. This means you'll be able to submit the withdrawal request again.
This can happen if the bank details or PayPal address that you've registered are not correct or are outdated. You'll need to first update your details before submitting another withdrawal request.
If you requested withdrawal by BACS it could take up to 6 weeks to return your payment to your Quidco account depending on which bank you use, but don't worry, this should happen automatically. It's also worth checking with your bank, in case of any redirecting of payments to your new account.
Please visit your settings page and update your details before requesting payment again. If you're having trouble checking your details, please contact customer support and we'll be happy to help.

I've withdrawn cashback but I haven't received it yet

Once you've requested a cashback withdrawal, you should receive the payment within a couple of days depending on your chosen payment method. Our How long does a withdrawal take? guide details the timescales for each payment method.

If you have requested a withdrawal of funds but this hasn't reached you in the expected timeframe, this may be due to additional security checks being carried out. This can happen when we want to double-check that the withdrawal was made by you, or if we have a question regarding your account. If you think this might have happened to you, please get in touch with us and we can take a closer look.
