The Quidco Help Centre holds lots of useful information for the majority of your frequently asked questions. You can access the Help Centre through Messenger, or by visiting it directly.
Have a look around, or if you have a specific query, you can type this into the search bar using keywords.
You have the chance to rate our articles at the bottom of the page, and we'd appreciate any feedback that you have so that we can improve the Help Centre.
How to speak to us
We've hopefully covered the majority of your questions in the Quidco Help Centre, but we understand you may need a bit more tailored support.
You can reach us via Messenger on our website, or in the app. Look out for the blue Messenger button in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen!
If you're using our app, tap the Support tab, then Messenger.
Messenger is a great way to find the answer to your question quickly, no matter what device you're using.
From Messenger, you'll have full access to the support articles in the Quidco Help Centre, but you can also start a conversation.
When you send us a message, our handy Quidbot will first try to answer your question, but if it cannot help you, it will send your conversation to the Quidco team.
Our support team is here to help you with anything you need, from troubleshooting cashback problems to learning how to use our new features. We're passionate about providing excellent customer service, and we're always happy to go the extra mile to help our members.
