Need to ask a question which isn't covered in the Help Centre? Our Messenger tool is the quickest way to connect with us! You'll find the blue Messenger button at the bottom right-hand corner of your screen on the website and in the Support section in the app.
Here's how it works:
Ask your question: Type your question into Messenger, just like you're chatting with a friend.
Get a quick response: Our clever AI called Fin will try to answer your question instantly. If it can't, it will pass you over to our friendly support team, just click/tap "Get more help" and it will get you through to the team.
Get support on any device: Messenger works seamlessly on your computer, tablet, or phone.
Important Note: Messenger is super convenient, but it's not quite live chat. Think of it like sending an email, but in a more conversational way. We'll always let you know how long it might be before you get a response from our team.
3. Need to Talk? Request a Callback
