You can check if your cashback is tracked and at which point they are in the tracking process by checking the updates in your activity page.
How to check if your cashback for a transaction is tracking
Find the transaction you are looking for in Your Transactions. To the right of the transaction you will see the 'more' option
Click on this option and a timeline of the cashback tracking process will appear.
This will continue to keep you updated throughout the process. Once the status has changed to confirmed, this means that the cashback has been approved and will be paid to you shortly. The estimated cashback payment date will also update on your activity page for that transaction.
How to check if your cashback for a claim is tracking
If you have raised a cashback claim, a timeline of the claim tracking process will appear when you have selected 'more' next to the relevant transaction, and you can follow where the claim is up to in the claim process.
