I opted in to a bonus but my purchase didn't track

To be eligible to receive a bonus, you'll need to make a cashback-earning purchase that meets the bonus terms and conditions.



If you make a purchase and your cashback doesn't track

Don't worry; all you need to do is raise a Missing Cashback Claim to track the cashback manually. Once you've raised the claim, you'll be able to see it tracking on your Activity page.


If the purchase was eligible for the bonus, your claim will attach itself automatically and your bonus will still be paid once the claim has been approved by the retailer. You can see your bonus updates using the Bonus Cashback filter in your Activity page.

Please note, if your cash back purchase doesn't meet the correct eligibility of the retailer and is declined, then your bonus will also be declined.
