Important notice: You cannot raise claims for any insurance or Quidco Compare purchases. Please contact Quidco Support for further assistance if required.
Don't worry if your cashback hasn't shown up yet! We can help you create a missing cashback claim to escalate with the retailer. To get started, we'll need some information to investigate your claim. This usually includes your order reference number, which can be tricky to find depending on the store.
Finding Your Order Reference Number
Check your confirmation email: The retailer usually sends this email after your purchase. Look for an order number, confirmation ID, or similar identifier.
Log in to your retailer account: Most online retailers have an "Orders" section where you can find past purchases and their reference numbers.
