If you haven't logged in or had any activity on your Quidco account for six consecutive months, your balance is removed to protect it.

If you contact our customer support team, they'll be happy to add the cashback balance back into your account again so you can request a withdrawal on the same working day.

Safeguarding your cashback balance

To ensure your cashback balance remains safe, you should try to log into your Quidco account every six months and make a small purchase if possible. Even if you aren't ready to make a purchase, simply clicking through to visit a retailer will prevent your account from falling dormant.
