You can't access your account, or part of your account has been restricted

Occasionally, accounts can be blocked; this is a security measure to protect your account details. This is usually nothing to worry about and can usually be rectified quickly.

Steps to resolve the issue

1. Reset your password by going to the login page and clicking the 'Forgot your password?' link. You'll be emailed with further instructions.


2. If you created your account with Google SSO, log out of your account and follow the normal password reset instructions to generate a password.

If you're still having trouble with the login, such as password or authentication, or if you're getting any error messages, contact customer support to unlock your account.

If you have received an email from Quidco

You may have received an email from us requesting some further information. Please reply to this email so we can unblock your account as soon as possible.
