There might be cases where we need you to add a screenshot to a conversation to help us answer your question. We may need to see an error message, or you'd like to highlight how something looks. This article will show how easy it is to attach an image to a conversation.
If you are using our messenger service on the web, either online or on a mobile web browser, you will see a paper clip icon 📎 which you can click to add attachments. The paper clip button is located at the bottom right corner of your chat window.
If you are using the Quidco app on your Android or iOS device, you can easily upload a screenshot of your conversation by clicking on the image icon. This will bring up your recent images in your phone gallery, from where you can select the picture you want to send us. You will see the selected image within the text box, just like shown here:
