There might be cases where we need you to add a screenshot to a conversation to help us answer your query. Maybe we need to see an error message, or you'd like to highlight how something looks. This article will show you just how easy it is to attach an image to a conversation.

On Web:

If you're using our messenger on the web, be that online or on a mobile web browser, you'll have a paper clip icon 📎 that you can press, which will allow you to add attachments. In your messenger window, this will appear in the bottom right of your chat window

On App:

If you're using the Quidco app on either Android or iOS, you can upload a screenshot to the conversation by pressing the image icon. This will then open up your recent images in your phones gallery to select an image to send us. You will see this within the text box as seen here:
