How do I deactivate my Quidco account?

If you've decided to close your account, here's a simple guide:

  1. Log in: Sign in to your Quidco account as you normally would.

  2. Go to Settings: Click on the "Settings" option, found in your account menu.

  3. Go to Security: Within the Settings menu, select "Security."

  4. Deactivate: On the Security page, you'll find the "Deactivate Account" button. Click it to begin the account closure process.

  • What happens to my cashback if I close my account? Any earned or pending cashback will be forfeited, as detailed in our Account Holder Agreement. We recommend redeeming any available cashback before deactivating your account.

  • Can I reactivate my account after it's been deactivated? No, unfortunately, once your account is deactivated, it cannot be reopened.

  • How do I request the deletion of my personal data? You can request data deletion by contacting our Customer Support team through Messenger, or by emailing privacy@quidco.com.
