If you've signed in to Quidco with Apple and can no longer see your previous cashback or transactions, you may have accidentally created a second Quidco account.
This can happen if you sign in with a different Apple ID or use Apple's Hide My Email feature, which creates an alias email address.
Check which Quidco account you're using
Open your account settings in the Quidco app and check the email address you're currently signed in with.
If you used Hide My Email, you may see an Apple-generated email address rather than your usual email address. This would appear as a random string of number of users and letters, ending privaterelay.appleid.com.
Get back into your original account
If you're logged into a different account than you'd prefer to use:
Log out of the Quidco account you're currently using.
Log back in using the email address or sign-in method associated with your original Quidco account.
Check your transactions to make sure your previous cashback is showing again.
What should I do with the duplicate account?
If you've accidentally created a second account, please don't continue using both accounts. You can close an account via your account settings.
If there's cashback available to withdraw from the duplicate account, make sure this is withdrawn with before the account is closed.
Once you're back in your original account, contact our support team if you need help closing the duplicate account or accessing any cashback associated with it.
How can I avoid this happening again?
When signing in to Quidco, use the same email address or sign-in method you normally use for your account.
If you're unsure which details are linked to your original account, contact our support team before creating or using another account.
