What are Quidco In-Store offers?
Quidco In-Store lets you earn cashback when you shop in physical stores at participating retailers using a payment card you’ve registered to your Quidco account. There are no codes or vouchers needed — just pay with your registered card and in-store offers are applied automatically.

How do I register or remove my card?
Sign in to your Quidco account, open Quidco In-Store, click on Link your card and use Register new card to add a card. To remove or edit a card, use Edit cards.
If you're registering a new card, please wait until your card is active before making your first In-Store purchase - this can take up to 24 hours. You'll receive an email that a card has been added to your account.
Once you've registered your card and it's been activated, you can make an in-store purchase. When paying, please pay with the registered card and avoid using payment wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay - this can prevent your purchases from tracking correctly.
What can stop my in-store purchase from tracking?
Here are some common reasons for your cashback not showing after making an in-store purchase:
It can take up to 52 days for purchases show in your account activity (though they should show as 'pending' within 7 days).
Your card wasn’t active (allow up to 24 hours after registration).
You used a different card or a card linked to another programme, or using a digital wallet such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.
The retailer or offer wasn’t participating at the time of purchase.
The item was returned or refunded.
Why do you need my card details?
We use your registered payment card(s) to track your purchases with participating retailers to determine whether you are eligible to earn cashback. This avoids you needing to show a coupon, voucher or providing a Quidco In-Store membership number to the retailer.
Your card details will be kept secure. We will not be taking any payments from registered cards, and the storage of your cards will fully conform to Payment Card Industry (PCI) data security standards. For more information about PCI standards please see our Privacy Notice. Transactions are not visible to Quidco, other than those made with participating in-store retailers.
What cards can I use to collect Quidco In-Store offers?
In the UK, you will be able to register UK-issued credit and debit cards bearing the Visa, American Express, MasterCard or Maestro symbols. Some in-store offers may only be available on specific card types and these will be shown within the offer conditions. Not all Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards are eligible for registration. In the UK, Mastercard Corporate and pre-paid cards are not eligible to participate.
When making a payment, avoid using digital payment wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay and instead make the payment with the physical card.
