How do I query a delivery or refund issue?

Quidco refers you to a retailer to make your purchase. This means that we only deal with the cashback element of your purchase and your purchase has been made with the retailer as normal.

Quidco does not affect the buying process once you reach the retailer's website and no prices or delivery options can be amended by us.

If you'd like a refund or have an issue with the delivery of any of your items, please contact the retailer directly to deal with these issues.

Please be aware that, if you make any changes to your order when speaking with the retailer, your cashback may be declined as Quidco will no longer be seen as the referrer of your purchase.
