Learn what could affect any purchase you make with us

Updated over a week ago

Cashback can be earned simply by clicking through to the retailer from your Quidco account and shopping as normal. It is available on genuine, tracked purchases completed immediately and wholly online, that meet the retailers Terms and Conditions. Although there are a few things that may prevent you from being eligible for cashback.

What can prevent you from being eligible from cashback

  • If a gift card or shopping card is used to pay for your purchase

  • If a voucher, discount code or offer not published by Quidco on the retailer's page is used

  • If you purchase gift cards, vouchers or postage stamps

  • If your purchase is cancelled, returned or amended

  • If your order is not completed entirely online through the cashback link on the retailer's Quidco page, in a single visit to the retailer

  • If your purchase does not meet the retailer’s terms and conditions for cashback

  • If another referrer is awarded the commission for the sale e.g. comparison site, rewards site, search engine, etc.

Please note

Some retailers do not offer cashback on VAT, delivery charges or any other additional fees (such as admin fees). Please take this into account if your full basket amount is close to the minimum spend threshold.
