Find out how to enable and clear your browser cookies

For Google Chrome Users:

How do I enable cookies? Click the three vertical dots (top right hand corner of your browser window) - Select Settings - Scroll to the bottom and select Advanced - Under Privacy and security select the arrow next to ‘Content Settings’ - Select the arrow next to Cookies - Make sure that ‘Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)’ is enabled

How do I clear cookies? Click the three vertical dots (top right hand corner of your browser window) - Select Settings - Scroll to the bottom and select Advanced - Under Privacy and security select the arrow next to Clear browsing data - On the pop up window set the time range to All Time - Ensure all the boxes are ticked and click ‘Clear Data’

For Firefox Users:

How do I enable Cookies? Click the three horizontal lines (top right hand corner of your browser) - Go to Options - On the left hand side select ‘Privacy & Security’ - Under ‘Cookies and Site Data’ select the option next to ‘Accept cookies and site data from web sites (recommended)’ - Also make sure the option next to ‘Accept cookies and site data from web sites (recommended)’ is Always

How do I clear cookies? Click the three horizontal lines (top right hand corner of your browser) - Go to Options - On the left hand side select ‘Privacy & Security’ - Under ‘Cookies and Site Data’ click ‘Clear Data’ - Ensure both boxes are ticked and click ‘Clear’ and then ‘Clear now’. - Under History, click ‘Clear History’ and set the time range to ‘Everything’ and then click ‘Clear now’

For Safari users

How do I enable cookies? Go to Safari (top left of browser window) - Click Preferences - Privacy - Under ‘Cookies and website data’ select Always allow

How do I clear cookies? Go to Safari (top left of browser window) - Click Preferences - Privacy - Under ‘Cookies and website data’ select ‘Manage Website Data’ - Click Remove all

How do I clear browser history? - Click History (in top toolbar) - Click ‘Clear History - Change timeframe to all history then click ‘Clear History’

For Internet Explorer Users:
