Informing us of a bereavement
To inform us of a bereavement, please send an email to privacy@quidco.com with the following information:
Your full name and contact details
The account holder's full name and the email address linked to their Quidco account
A copy of their death certificate
Once we've received the above information, we can close their account.
Releasing funds
We understand that there may be pending funds in their account, and we are committed to ensuring that these funds are released to the appropriate beneficiaries in a timely and respectful manner. There may be a requirement for further evidence regarding where the funds need to be released, however, we can discuss options for releasing the funds once you have contacted us by email.
