Quidco Gift Cards: Everything you need to know

Quidco Gift Cards allows you to earn cashback when purchasing gift cards from a wide range of retailers. To purchase a gift card, simply head to the Gift Cards page.

How will I receive my gift card?

After purchase, we'll email you a link to view your gift card. Simply click this link and follow the on-screen instructions and claim your gift card. When claimed, your gift card details will be displayed for you to use with your chosen retailer. This page will also show the date your gift card needs to be claimed by.

If you have purchased multiple gift cards, then you will receive an separate emails for each card.

You will usually receive your email within a few minutes of making the purchase, but on occasion it can take a little longer. Please allow up to 12 hours before contacting support if your email does not arrive, and please check your spam/junk folder first.

How do I redeem my gift card?

Each retailer has their own instructions and terms for redeeming and using their gift cards. The Terms of Use for each gift card can be found on the gift card product page before you buy. This will include any rules or exclusions that may apply, as well as information on how long redeemed cards are valid for.

When will I receive cashback for buying a gift card?

Once you've bought your gift card, you should see the transaction shown as 'tracked' on your Quidco activity page within one hour and the cashback will be available to withdraw from your balance within seven days.

Can I cancel my gift card order and get a refund?

Once a gift card has been purchased, you cannot cancel it or get a refund - all purchases are final. This includes any gift cards that have yet to be activated.

I'm having trouble using my gift card. What should I do?

If you're experiencing a problem using your gift card, the best way to get help is to contact the retailer directly; whether you're trying to use the gift card in-store or making an online purchase, the retailer is best placed to support you - either speak to staff in person or use the retailer's online support on their website.

If you've spoken to the retailer but are still having issues using your card, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Can I give the gift card to someone else?

Yes - when purchasing your gift card, you can choose to send the card to someone else. You'll need the email address of the person you're sending it to, which you'll be asked to provide on the basket page. You can pick a specific date and time to send the card, and can schedule the delivery up to three months in advance.

Is there a limit to how many gift cards I can buy?

You can purchase up to five gift cards per day. If you want to buy more than five cards, please wait 24 hours before buying more.
