Having trouble with cashback? Need a quick answer to your question? We've got you covered!
At Quidco, we're all about making cashback simple. But we know that sometimes you might need a little extra help. That's why we have a bunch of easy ways to get the support you need.
1. Find an answer in our Help Centre
Our Help Centre has answers to common questions about Quidco and cashback.
You can:
Search for an answer: Enter a few keywords to find relevant articles.
Browse by topic: Explore our Help Centre categories to find the information you need.
Rate our articles: Let us know whether an article was helpful so we can continue to improve our support.
2. Contact us through Messenger
If you can't find the answer you need in the Help Centre, you can contact us through Messenger.
You'll find the Messenger button in the bottom-right corner of the Quidco website, or in the Support section of the Quidco app.
How Messenger works:
Ask your question: Tell us what you need help with.
Get an instant response: Our AI assistant, Fin, will try to answer your question.
Get more help if you need it: If Fin doesn't resolve your query, select Get more help to contact our support team.
You can use Messenger on your computer, tablet or phone.
Messenger isn't live chat. If your query needs to be passed to our support team, we'll let you know when you can expect a response.
3. Request a callback
If you have difficulty typing or reading, or you would prefer to speak to someone over the phone, you can request a callback through Messenger.
Let our support team know that you'd like a callback and provide the phone number you'd like us to use, and the best time for someone to call.
We'll then arrange to speak to you by phone. Please note, our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm excluding Bank Holidays.
We're here to help!
No matter what your question is, our dedicated support team is here to help you with anything you need. We're passionate about providing amazing customer service and making your Quidco experience the best it can be.
