Our Help Center
We've built a help center with a variety of articles that should help most of your common questions. Simply press 'Quidco Help Center' at the top left of this page, and you'll find an array of categories to browse as you scroll down the page, such as a section for withdrawing your cashback, or Quidco Hotels. Alternatively, you can search keywords at the top in the search bar. For example, if you wanted to find out more about a cashback claim, you could search the word 'claim' at the top to find a list of articles related to cashback claims.

How to speak to us
Although we hope we can answer your query with our help center, we understand there are many cases where you'll still need further support and that human touch! If you want to get through and speak to a member of the team, simply press the support logo on the bottom right of your page.
This will open up a messenger looking like the following image:
Pressing 'Send us a message' will get you through to start a conversation with us, where we'll be happy to help you with anything you need! You'll be directed through some options that help us categorise your support to put you right in the hands of the people you need for the best support, so please pick from the options as accurately as possible. Historically we've had an old fashioned email or live chat service, but our new support center allows us to get back to all members faster as well as routing your query to the right team straight away.
We understand that you might still want a callback request, so if you have an issue that's easier to speak to us over the phone about, don't worry, as when you're through to one of the team let them know and they can ring you at a time that's best for you.
