Payments can take up to 6 working days to reach you.
If you make a withdrawal request and release this is to an old bank account which is closed, it could take up to 6 weeks to return your payment to your Quidco account depending on which bank you use, but don't worry, this should happen automatically. It's also worth checking with your bank, in case of any redirecting of payments to your new account.
If the old bank account is still open, you will need to contact the bank as Quidco will be unable to ask for it to be returned.
If you've changed bank accounts and haven't updated this in your Quidco account, please do so immediately in your Payment settings.
