PayPal payments can take up to 6 working days to reach you.

If you have a new PayPal email address and haven't updated this in your Quidco account, please do so immediately in your Payment settings.

You will then need to contact PayPal to retrieve the payment from your old Paypal account as Quidco is unable to do this for you.

If the Paypal address you have registered is correct and you haven't received your payment, please contact the Quidco support team.
