Gift Cards can take up to 6 days to arrive in your registered Quidco email account from the day that you request it.
If you requested a payment more than 6 days ago, please check your junk and spam inboxes. If the email still hasn't arrived, please contact customer support below so that we can resend the Gift Card to you.
It's also worth making sure you have firstname.lastname@example.org added to your safe senders list as this is where a gift card will be emailed from. In the case of M&S gift cards, please be sure you have email@example.com added to your list of safe senders.
