If your payment has failed you'll see your cashback bounce back into your account with a 'cancelled request' status on your statement page.

This might happen because the bank details or PayPal address that you've registered are not correct.

If you requested by BACs it could take up to 6 weeks to return your payment to your Quidco account depending on which bank you use, but don't worry, this should happen automatically. It's also worth checking with your bank, in case of any redirecting of payments to your new account.
